The present application has been moved by respondent No. 1, who was claimant before the learned Tribunal. The appeal preferred by the Insurance Company was dismissed by this Court, on 19.5.2026, and the awarded amount has been enhanced from Rs. 20,75,600/- to Rs. 22,84,094/-, alongwith interest @ 7.5 % per annum, from the date of filing of the petition, till its realization. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the amount falling to the share of applicant Shailender Tiwari, is ordered to be released in his favour, alongwith up-to-date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
