Direct that all further proceedings in the said suit shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, as applicable; C. Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.” 2.
