Counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.3 jointly submits that the petitioner and respondent No.3 have amicably resolved the dispute and accordingly, they have filed a joint memo. They submit that the joint memo may be placed on record and the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the joint memo. 4. When queried by the Court, they submit that they have taken a conscious decision to settle the matter and if an order is passed, they shall not seek for recalling/ modification of the order. 5. The oral submission made by the respective parties and the joint memo is placed on record. 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo. 7. In view of disposal of the Writ Petition in terms of the joint memo, the orders passed by the Gratuity Authorities are modified in terms of joint memo.
