Vengal Reddy, learned Counsel representing Sri G. Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities and Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development. 2. Sri P. Vengal Reddy, learned Counsel representing Sri G. Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Madanapalle Municipality along with certain documents. Copies of it are supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. One of the documents submitted along with the Written Instructions is the objections of residents of Madanapalle Municipality, addressed to the local MLA, dated 22.01.2026, complaining about the nuisance caused by vehicles parked outside the Petitioner’s premises due to the fact that the Petitioner had been utilizing the stilt area for Trade Activities relating to the Bar & Restaurant instead of utilizing the same exclusively for parking. 4. Sri S.S. Bhatt, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, had initially sought a pass over to seek instructions from the Writ Petitioner whether the Writ Petitioner is willing to file an Affidavit for clearing the stilt area and making it available for exclusive parking. Since the Petitioner is not reachable, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition by granting final opportunity to the Writ Petitioner to clear the entire stilt area and making it available exclusively for parking within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order on the website of this Court. 3 5. From the date of completion of two weeks granted to the Writ Petitioner, the Writ Petitioner shall ensure that no vehicles are parked outside the building premises of the Writ Petitioner and that all visitors to the Petitioner’s Restaurant shall park their vehicles within the stilt area itself. 6. An Affidavit to this effect shall also be filed before the Commissioner, Madanapalle Municipality and give Notice to the Commissioner, Madanapalle Municipality, requiring the Officials of the Corporation to visit the Petitioner’s premises for ensuring that the stilt area is cleared. 7. In the event that the Writ Petitioner complies with all these directions to the satisfaction of the Respondents, the Respondents shall consider grant of Trade Licence and issue proceeding in accordance with law within one (01) week from the date of Inspection. 8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 9.
