The grievance of the petitioner is that the Executing Court is not disposing of the Execution Case No. 22 of 2014, which is pending before the District Consumer Forum, Bokaro. It is his submission that though the distress warrant has been issued against the judgment debtor, but no action has yet been taken and the execution case is still pending. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of execution of distress warrant or slackness of the State Authorities, the petitioner can very well approach the District Consumer Forum, Bokaro. If the petitioner approaches the District Consumer Forum, Bokaro by filing an application in the aforesaid execution case, the District Consumer Forum, Bokaro will look into the grievance of the petitioner and will take necessary action to ensure that the order passed by the Consumer Forum in Complaint Case No. 54 of 2013 is complied with and the order is duly executed in its entirety. 4. It is expected that the District Consumer Forum, Bokaro will try to dispose of the application as early as possible. 5. The District Administration should cooperate, if some is necessary to execute the order. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
