CMPST No.45108 of 2026 Keeping in view the fact that the appointment was made way back on 26th September, 2000; the termination order was passed on 21st October, 2003, which had been stayed by the Erstwhile HP State Administrative Tribunal, has remained in force, and thus the employee has been working for the last 26 years, we do not find any plausible reason to stay the judgment of the learned Single Judge.
