It is the grievance of the petitioner that in physical Register-II, the name of the petitioner is reflected with respect to the land in question but in the digital portal, the name of the petitioner is not reflected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation before the Circle Officer, Godda Sadar but no action as yet been taken. 4. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner first needs to be addressed by the Circle Officer, Godda Sadar. Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.4-Circle Officer, Godda Sadar, Godda along with a copy of this order and also a copy of the order dated 10.06.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3953 of 2026 “Ram Prakash Bhagat @ Ram Prakash Oraon Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others”, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner considering the order dated 10.06.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3953 of 2026 “Ram Prakash Bhagat @ Ram Prakash Oraon Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others” within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
