CMP No.18109 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC, has been filed by the applicant/respondent for release of balance amount alongwith up-to-date interest, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in his favour. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/appellant, has placed on record copy of e-mail, dated 23 July, 2026, wherein, it has been stated that in view of the entire decretal amount already deposited by the Company before the Registry of this Court and also since the deretal amount was less than the original recovery amount of Rs.25.00 Lakhs, the office has no objection, if the amount, as prayed, be released in favour of the applicant/respondent. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant as well as copy of e-mail, dated 23.07.2026, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the balance amount alongwith up-to-date interest as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of the applicant/respondent after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to his saving bank account, detail whereof has been mentioned in Para-6 of the application.
