The applicant has assailed the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Roorkee, District Haridwar, whereby proceedings under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him consequent to issuance of non-bailable warrants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not intentionally evading the process of the Court and his non-appearance was on account of various medical ailments. It is further submitted that the applicant shall move an appropriate application for recall of the non-bailable warrants before the Court concerned. 4. In view of the submissions made, it is directed that in case the applicant files an application for recall of the non- bailable warrants before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today, the proceedings under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. initiated against him shall remain kept in abeyance till the said application is considered and decided in accordance with law. However, in the event of failure on the part of the applicant to move such application within the stipulated period, the Court below shall be at liberty to 2026:UHC:2382 proceed in accordance with law and the protection granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically. 5.
