For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 3. Criminal Application No. 2229/2026 be restored. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO. 2229/2026 1. Heard. 2. The present application is filed for relaxation of condition No.(iii) of the order dated 06/01/2025 passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is having agricultural land in the village Palaskhed, Tal. Lonar, Dist. Buldhana. The applicant is also having old aged parents residing there and there is no one 2 27 APPP 2627.26 to look after them. Under such circumstances, he submits that as he has complied with all other conditions and he is regularly attending the trial, he prayed to relax the condition prohibiting him from entering into village Palaskhed, Tal. Lonar, Dist. Buldhana till completion of trial. 3. On the other hand, the learned APP opposes the application and submits that the said condition was imposed with a particular object in order to prevent tampering of evidence. Considering the fact that at the time of granting bail, the applicant has readily accepted the said condition, now he cannot ask relaxation of the said condition. Therefore, he prayed to reject the application. 4. I have considered the rival submissions. The condition No.(iii) of the order dated 06/01/2025 reads as under:- “(iii) The applicant shall not enter village Palaskhed, Taluka Lonar District Buldhana till the completion of trial.” 5. This court with a specific object has imposed the aforesaid condition as the witnesses and the informant are 3 27 APPP 2627.26 residents of Palaskhed, Tal. Lonar, Dist. Buldhana.
