1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry over the forged appointment of respondent No. 7 & 8 and may be directed to terminate the service of the respondent No. 7 and 8. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 5 and 6 to conclude enquiry in the forged appointment of the respondent No. 7 and 8 evident in report dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-8). 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take final decision over the representations of the petitioner (Annexure P-9).
10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other sides.
