It is borne out by the record that vide order dated 19.08.2026, the learned Sole Arbitrator recorded that the arguments stood concluded and the matter was reserved for the award and, therefore, the arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of pronouncement of the award. 3. Affidavit of advance service has also been filed along with the petition. Despite advance service upon the Respondent, no one has appeared. 4.
