P.P. --- 02/ 15.07.2026 Heard Mr. Rohan Mazumdar, learned Counsel for the appellant and learned Spl. P.P. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.06.2026 passed in B.P. No. 440/2026, arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 99 of 2026 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge- XI, Dhanbad whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that on an information that some miscreants have assembled and were planning to commit an offence, a raid was conducted by the Police and three persons including the present appellant were apprehended with arms and ammunitions. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the appellant that so far as the appellant is concerned, only a mobile was recovered from his possession. 5. It has been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 09.05.2026. 6. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. ( 2026:JHHC:20997-DB ) 7. Regard being had to the recovery of only a mobile from the possession of the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 19.06.2026 passed in B.P.No. 440/2026, arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 99 of 2026 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dhanbad direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
