Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to conduct free and fair investigation in case bearing FIR No.80 dated 04.03.2022 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Faridkot. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in the present case, FIR has been registered on 04.03.2022, but till date, the matter is still lingering on. It is submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation (Annexure P-7) before the competent authorities, but no concrete action has been taken thereupon till date. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
