Permission, as sought for, is granted. Accordingly, these bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Juvenile Justice Board within ten days and files a regular bail application. It is expected from the concerned court to consider and decide the bail application of the petitioner, as far as possible, on the same day, in accordance with law.
