ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.1.
2. Notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed.
3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ,
order or direction, quashing the decision of the Respondents rejecting the Petitioner's technical bid, communicated by e-mail dated 25.03.2026 and on the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal, in respect of the Tender Notifications dated 06.02.2026 bearing Tender Reference Nos.
INDENT39, INDENT40, INDENT41, INDENT42 and INDENT43, produced at ANNEXURE-D;
b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 3rd Respondent to accept the technical bids of the Petitioner submitted in respect of the said Tender Notifications dated 06.02.2026 bearing Tender Reference No. KBOCWWB/2025-26/BD/WORK INDENT39, Tender Reference No. KBOCWWB/2025-26/BD/WORK INDENT40, Tender Reference No. KBOCWWB/2025- 26/BD/WORK INDENT41, Tender Reference KBOCWWB/2025-26/BD/WORK INDENT42 & Tender Reference No. KBOCWWB/2025-26/BD/WORK INDENT43 produced at ANNEXURE C to C4; and to open and evaluate the Petitioner's financial bid on its merits in accordance with law, the Petitioner being the lowest and most competitive bidder; and
c. Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

4. Essentially what has been challenged is the rejection of the petitioner's bid during the technical evaluation. The petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy in terms of an appeal under Section 16 of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999.
5. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed.
