Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that on a secret information a raid was conducted by the Police under the bridge near Manatu Railway Station and six persons including the petitioner were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol, a mobile and Rs.5,000/- cash were recovered. 4. It appears that one of the co-accused Badal Ganjhu @ Badal Kumar Ganjhu has been granted bail in B.A.No.11474/2025. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2025. 5. Although learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ( 2026:JHHC:7133 ) Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar in connection with Bariyatu P.S.
