(SBCWP No. 1665/2024). 2. Heard. 3. This Court directs Respondent/competent authority to consider the legal notice dated 27.08.2025 (Annex.8), and decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law considering each and every grounds taken in the representation, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012). 4.
