JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 25-06-2026 Earlier, the application for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was heard and rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79475 of 2025. 2. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant anticipatory bail on the ground that during investigation it has come that the death of the son of informant was caused by accident and was not deliberate or intentional. 3. Considering the fact that the death of deceased was not by design rather by default which was accidental, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38371 of 2026(2) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P. S.
