The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the counsel for the appellant in Miscellaneous Appeal had removed all the defects except one which could not be removed due to inadvertence. 3. Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite parties. 4. Vakalatnama of respondent no. 3 is kept on record. 5. No counter affidavit has been filed. 6. After going through the I.A. This petition has been filed for restoration of M.A. No. 421 of 2023 which stood dismissed on 22.08.2024 on account of non removal of defects in terms of order dated 31.07.2024. 8. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfies with the cause shown, the time for removal of defects in M.A. No. 421 of 2023 is extended till 14.08.2026. 10.
