This application is directed against the order dated 12.05.2026 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 17/2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Godda whereby and whereunder the order dated 23.04.2026 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Godda in connection with M.C.A. No. 1048/2026 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed. 3. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to indicate that the victim was subjected to medical examination. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in remand home since 11.03.2026. Learned counsel adds that the social investigation report is also not adverse to the cause of the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer made in this application. 5. The allegations reveal that when the minor daughter of the informant had gone to defecate, she was subjected to rape by the petitioner. The victim has supported the allegation against the petitioner in her 180 as well as 183 BNSS statement. The victim was aged about 13 years at the time of the incident. 6. Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to interfere 2 in the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 17/2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Godda and consequently, this revision application stands dismissed at this stage.
