Petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 29.10.2025 passed by the Chief Manager, Rasjthan State Road Transport Corporation, Vidyadhar Nagar Depot, Jaipur whereby, penalty of monetary fine has been imposed upon the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although, petitioner has filed appeal against penalty order dated 29.10.2025.
