Heard the parties. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of representation, the online rent receipts are not been issued in favour of the petitioner, though the petitioner is the actual owner of the land in question. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a representation, the same will be considered and an appropriate order would be passed and if it is found that there is no legal impediment in issuing the rent receipts, the same will be issued. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Gumla-respondent No.4 by filing a fresh representation, who will consider the application of the petitioner and being satisfied about the title and possession of the petitioner, will pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. If it is found that there is no legal impediment, the rent receipts will be issued in favour of the petitioner. If the prayer of the petitioner is turned down for any reasons, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner, so that he can take appropriate steps as per law. 5.
