Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 14.5.2026 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:- 10:1. that, the respondents may kindly be directed to submit the entire records as regards the petitioner's case Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.05.14 14:07:12 +0530 2 10:2. that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide and consider the petitioner's representation as Annexure-P/2, P/3 and P/5 which are pending. 10:3. that, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order or issue any suitable writ or direction as may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including cost of the petition. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed as daily wage employee under the respondent department on 4.3.1986 and his services were regularized vide order dated 29.9.2007 on the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver. He further submits that though petitioner has completed 10 years of regular service but he has not been extended the benefit of time pay scale. He contends that petitioner made representations before Divisional Forest Officer, Bilaspur Division i.e. respondent No. 3 on 16.10.2018 and 12.2.2022 but till date no decision has been taken. He prays that the authority concerned may be directed to decide the pending representations expeditiously. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose. 4) Heard. 5) Having considered the limited prayer made by Mr. Verma, this petition is hereby being disposed directing Divisional Forest Officer, Bilaspur Division to consider and decide the pending representations of petitioner strictly in accordance by way of a 3 speaking order. It is expected that the authority concerned shall complete the entire exercise within period of 120 days from today. 6) With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed.
