Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate remedy against the impugned order is by way of invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India. Inadvertently, wrong remedy by way of preferring this writ petition has been availed by the petitioner. Hence, petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty reserved to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. The period spent in pursuing this litigation be excluded from the purview of limitation. The prayer is accepted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner as prayed for. The period spent in pursuing this writ petition shall not be computed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
