The present petition has been filed alleging breach of order dated 22.07.2026 passed in CMP No. 7307 of 2026, filed in CWP No. 5098 of 2026 (Vinod Kumar versus State of H.P. and Others), wherein directions were issued to the respondents that the due and admissible salary/wages, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner, irrespective of the pendency of the petition, if not already paid. The application was ordered to be listed for consideration along with the main writ petition on the next date. 2.
