The original proceedings pertain to a mutation entry of the year 1996, which has been challenged by the Petitioner in the year 2018. A longstanding mutation entry would ordinarily not be interfered with after such a long delay. However, the parties are always at liberty to approach the Civil Court to have their rights adjudicated.
