1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents for correction of entries of paddy registration. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for taking decision on representation within time frame. 10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner..”

2 submerged in the Kalma Baraj Project, as such, the amount which has been deposited in his account as bonus for cultivating paddy is not in accordance with law; it has been granted to the petitioner due to non-correction of revenue records by the concerned Tahsildar, as such, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking relief that the concerned Tahsildar may be directed to correct the revenue records deleting name of petitioner in revenue records, while correcting the entries of petitioner’s name in respect of land bearing khasra No.982/2 (admeasuring area 0.15 acre) situated at Village Chandrapur, District-Sakti, as the petitioner has never sold any paddy. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent/State submits that if any application of petitioner is pending, same will be considered and decided as per law, expeditiously. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the records enclosed along with the writ petition. 5.
Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of directing the concerned Tahsildar to correct the revenue records while deleting name of petitioner in respect of land bearing khasra No.982/2 (admeasuring area 0.15 acre) situated at Village Chandrapur, District-Sakti. 6. The petitioner is directed to refund the amount received by him towards bonus in respect of the aforesaid land, in the event such amount has been credited to his account. CC as per rules. Sd/-
