This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of respondent on account of non-compliance of the directives issued by this Court in writ petition bearing WPC No. 2242 of 2025 dated 05.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the Joint Director has not concluded the proceedings within a time as fixed by High Court in the 2 order, subject matter of contempt petition i.e. six months in case no. 64/02/JP/2023. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 4. Perusal of the order, subject matter of contempt petition would show that the direction was issued to conclude the proceedings in the above mentioned case under the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Socialites Act, 1960. The direction was issued to the Joint Director, Co-operative Socialities before whom the aforementioned case was pending. The petitioner in this case has impleaded respondent-contemnor to the Chairman Co-operative Tribunal against whom there was no direction and no case is pending before him as observed in writ petition. 5. From perusal of the order sheet which is placed on record would show that one of the respondent in the proceedings in the aforementioned case has preferred a revision against some of the order passed by the Joint Director and it is the Revisional Authority who has called for the records pending before the Joint Director. 6. In the aforementioned facts of the case no contempt will lie. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed.
