JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 06/01/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the instant petition challenging the impugned suspension order dated 07.11.2025 passed by the respondents whereby petitioner has been placed under suspension. It is submitted that the matter has become infructuous as vide order dated 09.12.2025, the said suspension has been revoked. It is further submitted that wrongfully the petitioner has been placed elsewhere. Learned counsel has prayed for liberty to file representation for [2026:RJ-JP:206] (2 of 2) [CW-18980/2025] consideration in accordance with the law and for sympathetic consideration. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if representation is filed before the competent authority qua the transfer, the same shall be decided in accordance with law and on appropriate facts, promptly.
