Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of order dated 11.08.2026, issued by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Kangra at Dharamshala, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the bene2t of revised emoluments (60%) minimum of revised pay scale in terms of revised noti2cation from 01.01.2016, subject to the 2nal outcome of LPA and other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.01.2026, passed in CWP No.21029 of 2025, titled, Anupam Sharma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear, that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner strictly as per the directions given by this Court within eight weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to 2le an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
