CORAM :
SRI ANANDA SEN, J.
------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ajay Kr. Trivedi, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Moushmi Chatterjee, AC to GA-V …...... 02 /10.07.2026:
Heard the parties.
2. I have gone through the review application and the order dated 14.01.2026 passed in W.P(S) No. 1030 of 2022, which is sought to be reviewed.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the writ application was
disposed of with a direction to disburse the monetary benefits to the petitioner/nominee of the deceased, considering the exoneration which has been granted to the petitioner’s husband within a period of ten weeks.
4. Paragraph no.7 is the effective paragraph which reads as follows:-
“7. So far as the other monetary benefits are concerned, the respondent-State of Jharkhand is directed to disburse the same to this petitioner/nominee, considering the exoneration which has been granted to the petitioner’s husband, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.”
5. By filing this review petition, the petitioner is claiming interest of the aforesaid amount. There is no whisper in the entire order directing disbursement of any amount as interest. It cannot be said that there is an error apparent on the face of the record. If there is no error apparent on the face of the record, the order cannot be reviewed.
6. Thus, I find no merit in this review application, the same is dismissed.
