Suffice it to note that the petitioner had filed representation on 13.04.2023 to direct the respondents to grant a time period of two months to pay balance amount. This prayer cannot be accorded. The property in question has already been sold on 26.08.2025 and this Court has passed a suitable order in the connected W.P.No.32881/2025. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Because of dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order granted if any stands discharged and pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of.
