Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of present petition, the petitioners have sought direction to the respondents to count their services rendered on contract basis for the purpose of annual increments, seniority, promotion, pension and all consequential bene,ts -owing therefrom, from the initial date of their appointment. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Keeping in view the prayer made in the present petition and the order proposed to be passed in the present petition, reply is not sought from the respondents. 4. The petitioners have already made representations (Annexure P-2 colly) to the Managing Director, HRTC/respondent No.1, which according to them have not been decided. 5. It has also been averred in the petition that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.3361 of 2025, titled, Devinder Kumar and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and another and connected matters, decided on 25.04.2026. 6. As already observed above, the petitioners have already made representations to the Managing Director, HRTC/respondent No.1, who is under obligation to decide the same. 7. Resultantly, the Managing Director, HRTC/respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representations (Annexure P-2 colly) made by the petitioners 3 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Needless to say that in case the orders are passed against the petitioners, they shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 8.
