Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the patta dated 05.02.2025 containing the conditions as imposed by the Court at point No. 9. 2. Therefore, considering the above facts, no case is made out for the contempt petition, accordingly, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and rule is discharged.
