Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 10.08.2026 and copy of office order dated 22.05.2026, passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 22.05.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma case. The 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 24.12.2025, passed in CWP No.20367 of 2025, titled, Tirth Raj vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in the aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 11 th August , 2026 ( Jiya Lal Bhardwaj ) (Anurag) Judge
