It has been informed at the bar that the Petitioner was permitted to participate in the bid and has been issued an Offer Letter dated 22.09.2026. 3. In view of the aforesaid developments, the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present Petition and the pending Applications are hereby disposed of as such.
