For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 03/02.04.2026 Heard Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cybercrime P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended on the allegation that they were involved in cybercrime. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one mobile and mobile cover was recovered from his possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not have any criminal antecedents. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 14.01.2026. It has further been submitted that the one of the co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No.1486 of 2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent. However, regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused person has been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cybercrime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cybercrime P.S.
