Heard Mr. Rannoolal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Devesh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the private respondent and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation (Administration), District- Azamgarh to decide the Case No.1327 of 2025, Computerized Case No.20255415600001327 (Ramsamujh vs. Kalindar and Others), under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the title revision filed on behalf of petitioner, under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act on 22.9.2025 is pending before respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh is directed to decide the aforementioned Case No.1327 of 2025, Computerized Case No.20255415600001327 (Ramsamujh vs. Kalindar and Others), under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rameshwar Gaud, Rannoolal Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Devesh Kumar Gupta, Pramod Kumar Singh Ramsamujh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
