The present application has been filed by the respondent/ claimant praying for release of the deposited amount of Rs. 15,15,203/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs fifteen thousand two hundred three) only which is deposited before the Joint Registrar of Gauhati High Court, Itanagar Bench, Itanagar, as 50% of the Page No.# 2/2 awarded amount in compliance with the order dated 19.08.2024, passed in I.A(C)/180(AP)/2023 by this Court. It is submitted that a copy of the application has been served on the counsel for the appellant. Mr. H. P. Phukan, learned counsel for the appellant is present and has not raised any objections to the prayer made in the present application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The Registry shall release the deposited amount of Rs. 15,15,203/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs fifteen thousand two hundred three) only to the applicant herein upon proper identification.
