Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia,prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash Annexure P-2 i.e. impugned order dated 11.08.2026 qua the petitioner. ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at Government Primary School Malyawar Education Block Ghumarwin-II in the interest of justice and fair play. iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 12.08.2026 (Annexure P-3) within time bound manner in the interest of justice.” 2. As prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner will approach the Authority concerned for his adjustment at some other station within a period of one week from today. If any such representation is filed within a week from today, then appropriate call be taken thereupon in the light of the contents thereof as also medical documents, if any, appended therewith by the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the same. Till then, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue to serve at GPS Malyawar, Education Block, Ghumarwin-II, as learned counsel for the petitioner submits that none has been posted in his place at this stage. 3.
