The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s): “a) Modify the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in CRMP No. 460/2024 and CRMP No. 3537/2024 (Annexure P/1), to the limited extent of permitting the Petitioners to retrieve the expired Demand Draft of *65,00,000/- from the Registry of this Hon'ble Court, renew/revalidate the same through the issuing bank, and re-submit the renewed Demand Draft before the Registry; b) Direct the Respondents to accept the renewed Demand Draft of ₹65,00,000/- from the Registry or directly from the Petitioners, within a time-bound period as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court; c) Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3 3.
