Mr. Prashant Pallav, learned ASGI submits that a direction was given to the Deputy Inspector General, CISF-cum-Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal but later on he could realize that Deputy Inspector General, CISF is not an Appellate Authority, it is the Inspector General. He further submits that he also got information that prior to passing of this order, the appeal was already disposed of on 01.10.2025. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts which has been mentioned in the review petition and the fact that Appellate order has already been communicated to the petitioner, paragraph no.6 of order dated 01.12.2025 passed in W.P(S) No.6755 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the appeal to be disposed of by the Inspector General, CISF, if not already disposed. 4.
