Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Other than the statement of a co-accused, there is no material to implicate the present petitioner. 3. Learned amicus assisting the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that fake currency notes worth Rs.12.5 lakhs were recovered from the arrested accused. Apart from the statement of the co-accused, there are several phone calls exchanged between the present petitioner and the two other principal accused. 4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2 5.
