For the State : Mr. Ajay Kr. Pathak, A.P.P ------ Order No.02 Dated- 14-07-2026 Heard the parties. The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with S.T. No. 204 of 2026 arising out of Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No.293 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 103(1)/238(a)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed the murder of Pradeep Saw. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and the main culprit is Kundan Singh and his associates namely Lalit Singh, Akash Singh and Ravi Oraon. It is then submitted that admittedly the petitioner was the friend of the deceased and only under duress, the petitioner was coerced to assault the deceased, by the co-accused persons. It is also submitted that except the confessional statement of the co- accused and the petitioner himself, there is no other material in the record to implicate the petitioner in this case. It is next submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been mentioned in paragraph no.16 of the bail application and no witness has been examined as yet. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 05.12.2025, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 17 of the bail application. It is then submitted that the co-accused person of this case has already been admitted to bail in vide order dated 30.06.2026 in B.A. No. 5963 of 2026. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the trial of the case and further undertakes that he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail. The learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to enlarge the abovenamed petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, in connection with S.T.
