Similarly in the second line of paragraph 8 of the third page of the said order, the expression “FA 53 of 1987” shall stand corrected and be read as “FA 53 of 1997”. 5. In the 6th line of paragraph 16 of page 6 of the said order, the expression “Rule 41” shall stand corrected and be read as “Order 41”. 6. In the portion set out under paragraph 16 of page 6 of the said order, after the expression “Order 41”, “Rule” shall be inserted. 7. Registry of this Court shall record “F.A. No. 319 of 2007” against “FAT 2466 of 2007”. 2 8. The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered. 9. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the judgment dated 15.05.2026. 10.
