Heard. Notice. Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Keeping in view the prayer made in the present petition and the order proposed to be passed in the present petition, reply is not sought from the respondents.
3. The petitioner feeling aggrieved by the o*ce order dated 20.06.2026, whereby he was transferred from HRTC Local Unit Dhalli to HRTC Unit Chamba with immediate 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 e0ect in public interest, approached this Court by way of CWP No.10026 of 2026, titled, Man Singh vs. HRTC & Anr., which petition was withdrawn on 25.06.2026 by the petitioner as he intends to move before the respondents-department for the redressal of his grievances.
4. After passing of the aforesaid order on 25.06.2026, the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.1. Since, the petitioner has made a representation to respondent No.1, the said authority is supposed to decide the same in a time-bound manner.
5. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-Corporation to decide the representation dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-2), if not already decided, within a period of two weeks from today. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 05 th August, 2026
