Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner, who is serving as a Panchayat Secretary, has assailed impugned transfer order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-2), in terms whereof, he has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Kandral, Baijnath to Gram Panchayat Kothikohar. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:11208 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not yet completed three years at said station though she has already completed 2 ½ years. He further submitted that the petitioner is suffering epilepsy and it is in this backdrop that the petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of the impugned transfer order. 4. This Court is of the considered view that as the petitioner had already completed 2 ½ years at the said station, it would be in the interest of justice in case she approaches the Authorities and the Authorities adjust her at some other station, which is convenient to her. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner file an appropriate representation to the Authorities for her adjustment at some other station within two weeks from today and the same be decided by the Authority concerned, within a period of six weeks as from the date of receipt thereof, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. Till the decision is passed on the representation of the petitioner after giving her personal hearing, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue to serve at 3 2026:HHC:11208 Gram Panchayat Kandral, Baijnath and she can avail the kind of leave due to her.
