The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.161/2025 registered at Police Station Indergarh, District Bundi for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2) & 189(2) BNS, 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and so also perused the case diary. 4. On perusal of contents of the First Information Report, it is revealed that there are omnibus allegations against the 5 persons of giving beating to the injured-Pappulal. No specific overt act has been assigned to the present accused-petitioner and he is in judicial custody since 21.11.2025. [2026:RJ-JP:326] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-16011/2025] 5. Taking into consideration overall facts and circumstances of this case and more particularly the fact that in the FIR no specific overt act has been assigned to the present accused-petitioner and there are general allegations against all the persons, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner named above shall be enlarged on bail provided, he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
