This Court, vide order dated 23.09.2025 passed in MCRC No. 7654 of 2025, while allowing the second bail of the applicant, namely, Sujeet Kumar Gupta had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 2nd Civil Judge, Senior Division, Korea at Baikunthpur KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 23.12.2025 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the present case was transferred to the another competent Court on 25.04.2025 for further proceedings and the trial could not be concluded within the stipulated time due to subsequent developments in the case. Hence, it is most respectfully prayed that this Court may be pleased to grant an additional period of three months for disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o5 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
